I'm not totally unhealthy, but I don't eat all the food groups ALLLLL the time, I don't drink alcohol or caffeine but I don't exactly eat all my fruits and veggies.

How was your diet before your successful IVF ?

Hey I was very very healthy stuck too fruits vegs tuna and nuts I believed it help me :) I did a 7 super green smoothie every day as well and yoga three times a week. We lost the baby so starting again with all of that. No booze or coffee either
