weird situation? pregnant?

So before I start I've taken about 4 different brand pregnancy tests and all negative.. I have a doctors apt for Thursday but anyways...

I have an almost 1.5 year old baby.

I have been feeling what feels like kicks. And my stomach has been hurting when I wake up and sometimes my back hurts(though could be the way I sleep on it)

I'm asking if I have a negative test result could I still be pregnant? Has anyone experienced this?

Four tests seems like a lot to get all negatives. Especially considering you think you'd be far enough along to feel kicks. If that were the case, you would have more than enough HCG to get a pos test. 
I hope you figure out what's going on, but I doubt you're knocked up. :)

I've heard other women get those "phantom kicks" after having kids. Idk why it happens though.

My girlfriend didn't know she was pregnant and delivered a healthy baby girl. Some people do not make the hcg hormone

It could me be your mind playing tricks on you. If you think you are you can trick your body into thinking its pregnant. I did it to myself a year ago I even have a pic where you can see my stomach round and hard , I even felt kicks but I wasn't pregnant . I thought about being pregnant so much that I tricked myself . But then again, during that exact time my best friend had a baby and none of us knew she was pregnant, not even her. I believe she took pregnancy tests and they all came back negative & also was said to have ultrasounds done but no baby was seen until the day she delivered which was sept 30 so her daughter is almost a year now .
