Could I be pregnant?

My last period was at the end of July. My period was suppose to come around the 27th of August and still hasn't shown up. I took a pregnancy test on the 4th but I wasn't haven't any symptoms and it came back negative. Today I started feeling sick and noticed the my boobs were sore and changing colours around my nipples to brown Color. Could I be pregnant or just worrying? How long should I wait before taking another test?
