exclusively pumping

So I recently decided to exclusively pump my breast milk for my baby and I've found it to be a lot easier i did start off feeding her from my nipple but her latch hurt to bad and I was just frustrated with the pain and it's takin a toll on me. So anyways the pumping has been going great I have tons of milk coming in but just yesterday My left breast started hurting and I noticed a big hard lump I looked it up and Im almost positive I have a clogged duct plus this breast produced less milk the last time I pumped it's extremely painful 😖 and I'm trying to get it drained ... any suggestions ? First time mom here 😫
