So I got mirena almost 4 weeks ago and my doctor said I would spot for about two weeks after insertion but I've been full on bleeding like 2 tampons a day type bleeding with mild to moderate. My doctor keeps telling me it's normal but the reason I stopped taking pills was because my period wouldn't stop so I need to know if this is normal or should I have it removed? I'm getting so frustrated I just want the bleeding and cramping to stop
