girls in college/ long distance preferably

My bf and i are in college long distance. We were just facetiming before i go to sleep and he tells me a girl is comig over to do englis hw with at 11 pm. Obviously i was like okayy and didnt want to sound crazy.  I trust him a thousand percent. Its just  hard to not get annoyed/upset. What do i do? Its just ik how crazy girls are but come on they are going to be in a room with a bed alone doing hw!!!
