Endometriosis

Hi guys I have a question. I've had problems with my ovaries and my stomach in general for years. My doctor wanted to do the test but I refused and blew it off. Now I'm regretting it. Ever since I had my nexaplanon removed I feel bloated all of the time, horrible pain during intercourse that doesn't seem to ever lighten up, tenderness to my breast to where I can barely move, and my moods are crazy. (No I'm not pregnant either) HELP. No gyno right now because she recently retired.
