My husband stopped smoking, selling, buying, stopped everything to do with weed... his brother asks him to go in there and "name" the weed, since the dealer doesn't ever come in with the right name or whatever. Do you think this is right? Like, what if his brother gets busted? Would it fall back on my husband?
