Having trouble getting an O during intercourse.

I have no problem getting off solo and using toys but whenever bae and I get intimate I never orgasm. It's gotten to the point where I've faked it for the sake of his self esteem. And I've tried talking to him about it (obv not about faking it) but to try to incorporate more foreplay or something but he gets swept up in the moment and I'm left unsatisfied to say the least. Anyone else have these issues?
