face creams

Hi everyone, I'm about 6 weeks 5 days and this is my first pregnancy. Before getting pregnant I would spot treat only with tretinoin topical cream. Since I found out I have stopped using it altogether, however I worry about the time I was still using the cream because I didn't know I was pregnant. Anyone have a similar situation or were also spot treating with tretinoin? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
