worried!! plz help!

So with my first son after I had him three weeks later I had to have my gal bladder taken out, I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant and having sharp pain like under my right breast but under my rib a little right there. Anyone know what this could be?! Braxton hicks? Contractions? Gal bladder problem but don't see how it could be if I don't have one. Hurts when I lay on either one of my sides unless I have a pillow on my belly on the side my belly would be on the bed. And hurts when I get up and down and bend over.
