Low mercury seafood

Since becoming pregnant I'm not really big on meat but still love seafood. I don't eat it a whole lot but I know I'm probably having more then the 12oz/week. Anyone else? I feel so guilty 😕

As long as you are eating small fish you can have that amount or more. I love seafood so i always have to count how much i have eaten.

I mean I've had numerous older people tell me all these new rules about diets and everything are bogus, they ate whatever whenever, did drugs smoked cigarettes and their babies came out fine. Lol I think you should be good as long as your sticking to the lower of the Mercury fish. Tuna is fine as long as its not the white albacore. If you're really worried try to not eat as much but fish is good for the baby for the most part. I'm sure they will be healthy regardless.

My doctor told me to eat 12oz of fish a week! I forget what kinds aren't recommended but I'm sure its easy to look up. My go to is Salmon and tuna, but it sounds like you're actually doing a good thing for your diet!

tuna is what is limited bc it has so much mercury. you have to get chunk light if you are going to eat it too.
