I live with my boyfriend and I've recently just used his phone and a whole bunch of porn sites came up. I had asked him if he watched any recently he said yes and I felt "sad" and "fustrated" because I'm here all the time and we have sex frequently too so why is it such a bother to me?  And why does he need to watch it.

It's okay to not be okay with porn. It's a new relationship maybe I'm guessing.. It's a conversation you two need to have and for you to tell him how you feel about it

If your having sex frequently, what's the issue then? Now I could understand being upset if he would prefer to watch porn over having sex, but that dosent seem like that's the case here. Just because someone's in a relationship doesn't mean they have to stop watching porn/masturbating.

It's different than sex and most men either do it when they're bored or just too lazy to want to have sex but still want the release. It's nothing to do with you, so don't feel down about it. Maybe watch it with him next time and "help" him out. You'd be surprised at how much it will make him want to do more for you.
