low carb/Atkins or whole 30?
For PCOS ... Either way I'm cutting out all sugar because even a bit just opens the door to more. I know it's about managing insulin but I guess I'm wondering if I need to cut out ALL carbs (sans veggies) or just those that are refined/high glycemic. Whole 30 allows brown rice & tubers so there's my carbs. I'm already gluten free btw.
Also I'm not looking to lose weight (above that extra 5 we all think we have!), more just ovulate again!! Has anyone had success with one of these diets vs the other?
