HELP!!! I'm so close to giving up! nothing is working!

PCOS and nothing is working. I have been on metaphormin, Birth control, and other diabetic and hormonal aids. I am starting to think nothing but surgery is going to be the only option that will help me. I want to know if there are any other women out there that have the same problem that I do. I need so much help I am close to giving up. I've never felt more disgusting in my life I am seriously overweight and all I want is an answer that will actually help me. I'm scared and need guidance. I've also have always wanted to be a mommy and I'm scared that if this is not taken care of soon and solved I may not be able to fulfill my dreams. PLEASE HELP!!! 😩😰
