Really thick white discharge

I had quite a lot of this really thick white discharge like the thickness of yogurt. I've had thrush before and don't think it's that as I have no itching and no other sign of the discharge since? It was 2 nights ago now it was 10 days before my period is due. Also I hadn't had intercourse in a week so wasn't semen either. Does anyone know what it could be? Sorry for tmi
