Are you having screening tests done!

This is my 6th baby, but I had my first 4 before I was 25 and the last at 34. Now at 36 my doctor is offering me any of the tests listed above. Curious as to what you decided to have done (or not), why, and how those of you who have received results feel about the results and if you'd make the same choice. I'm 9 weeks and need to decide ASAP if I'm going to do CVS. Thanks
