TMI ! FTM-a sex and pregnancy question

My milk hasn't come in yet but I want to know if when it does come in, if we have sex and he stimulate my breasts( sucks on them or squeezes them) and they lactate ( if milk comes out) , will I constantly have to worry about them leaking from that point on until the baby comes? Also if they did start leaking because of that will my baby not get the colostrum that you produce in the beginning or will my body still produce that until a few days after the baby comes?
