Nipple piercings

Any tips for getting nipples pierced? I been wanting them done for over a year but I'm just so nervous! Lol. Anything I can do beforehand for pain? How are they after they're pierced..swelling, pain, bleeding etc. I really really want them done, I'm just nervous for the pain and after the fact. Are they hard to take care of? How long does it take to heal? Are they more sensitive or do you lose most of the feeling? Sorry for all the questions! Thanks (:
