Bath time

What soap do you use for your baby? Do you use shampoo? If so what kind? What lotion do you use? And has anybody tried using oil to get the hair to grow faster? If you have what oil worked for you? My baby still has very short hair but she's only a month old. She had a reaction to either her bath soap (Johnson & Johnson) or lotion (baby magic) I'm not sure which so I cut out the lotion for now until I find one with good reviews and switched the bath soap to dove sensitive ( Dr recommended it) and so far so good but doesn't she need shampoo and not just bar soap?
