23 weeks and spotting

I'm spotting blood for some reason. it's not a lot. Just a tad bit when I wipe. Idk if I should go to the hospital or not. The baby seems fine. She's been moving and stuff. I haven't had any cramps but I have had a lot of weird pains today that i'm guessing is ligament pain. You think my uterus is just stretching so much that it's causing me to spot? I'm 23+3 and this is the first time i've spotted my entire pregnancy. I'm thinking it could be because i'm getting close to my third trimester so my uterus is really growing. My doctor office is closed and I didn't wanna get another hospital bill unless I absolutely have to. Any idea why i'm spotting?
