Plus Size Mommy Looking for Tips

I am currently walking every morning for an hour and go to Zumba 3 times a week. The Dr told me it was Okay to work out just not to limit my calorie intake to much. I am 11 weeks and have lost 5lbs. I am overweight and I want to stay as active as I can and not gain weight if possible. Before i got pregnant i worked hard to lose weight, I currently weigh 269. On March 2016 I was 297 the heaviest i ever been. When i found out I was pregnant i said to myself I can not get to that point again even pregnant. I'm determined to be active during my pregnancy. So i ask all the mommys out there with the same issue for advice on how you maintained a healthy pregnancy.
