Is it okay for children to knock on doors for sweets on Halloween?

I do think there is a risk to it, it's taking sweets from a stranger. I also think it's unfair to elderly people like my grandma who find it intimidating. However I do think it's okay to knock at houses when they have decorations up, I would avoid any homes without. I personally LOVE having children knock at my door and giving out sweets, they are so cute and polite and get so excited at the decorations 😂 and just for fun, here's a pic of my house I turned into a monster, we are expanding it along the windows this year 😂👻👽🕷🎃🕸🍄🌙✨🍭🍿🍩🍪🍬
