Since vaccinations keep coming up

If your children are vaccinated and you hold the firm belief that all children should be, do you ask other parents or the day care facility if everyone your child might be in contact with is vaccinated before you let them play at a friends house or drop them off at day care? Is it considered rude to ask other parents if their children are vaccinated before you set up play dates or let someone else watch them?
