Swollen feet and hands

So guys, nearly 19 weeks now and couldn't be more excited but the swollen feet and hands are beyond a joke. Not something new as even before I was pregnant suffered quite bad with it when I was hot or hadnt moved round for a while i.e first thing in the morning. But since I've been pregnant, I've noticed that with the swollen hands and feet comes intolerant itching and a red blotchy rash. Is this normal or something I need to speak to my midwife about?
