Ladies please help!! Kidney infection?

I woke up this morning with the symptoms of a UTI which I have had many so I definitely know what it feels like. I've been drinking water and taking azo. Going to make a doctors appointment very soon. Well I was doing dishes earlier and I had literally the worst pain of my life in my back near my kidneys and instantly got nauseous. It felt just like the kidney infection I had at the beginning of the year. It's since subsided but I feel terrible. So weak and my boyfriend says I'm burning up. Do you think it's spread to a kidney infection already? I've never had it spread this fast. I have seen it happen to someone before though. What should I do? Go to urgent care? Wait for a doctors appointment?
