Dick smells SO bad

I was about to go down on my boyfriend yesterday and was super into it... But when he took of his boxers the smell was so bad I literally gagged just smelling it. I tried to woman up and just do it but I only started for a few seconds before I had to stop because I was legitamently going to vomit on him if I kept going. I made up and excuse and just distracted him by getting a condom and just having regular sex. When I went to take out the garbage after where he through out his condom the smell was so bad when I opened the trash can again I gagged again!! He's uncircumcised and I know that a slight smell is fine. But I really don't know how it could be that bad?? This isn't the first time I've gone down on him and the other times were totally fine. It's just the last few times the smell has been so bad I'm not sure how he hasn't noticed as well....
