6 men in 3 months after breakup.... need advice

So lately ive been really 'easy' with having sex... i just got dumped by a guy i had been with for a very long time and i feel like ive gone out of control ever since. Ive had sex with 6 guys in the past 3 months, one of which is my ex bf. I feel so bad about it because its not what i usually do. Everytime i think about it i get major anxiety and i honestly do not know how to live with myself after this. Anyone got ny advice?
