team problems

last year in cross country all of my friends would get medals and i wouldn't but i was never rude to them when they wanted to take pics w their medals i would take the pic for them but this year i got a medal and one of my friends didn't and when we asked her to take the pic she said no she wasn't going to do that and when we asked someone else to take the pic she jumped in and messed it up and then on the bext pic she jumped behind up which was ok but it still wasn't very nice to do repetitively and she was mad at us the rest of the day.  do you think she should be mad and we were rude or that it's kind of rude of her to
