Shower with baby help !!!ftm help !!!!

So I was in the shower and my baby had an explosion so I just told my SO to just take her diaper off and put her in with me , this would be her first bath/shower her umbilical cord just fell off the other day , I just been giving her sponge baths. Well when she was in the shower with me she started feeding off my boob and I think some water went in her mouth, could she get sick ??????? Helpppp ftm here !!!!
