pregnancy swelling, water retention

This is my second baby, I'm 22 weeks with a baby girl. With my first I gained a lot of weight but lost about 2/3 of it in the first month without trying. My doctor said my body just retains a lot of water. My face is all swollen. Growing up I had a lot of body image issues and this has resulted in me not liking having my picture taken while pregnant. I feel huge and ugly :( I feel so vain when someone takes my picture and posts it on social media for everyone to see how huge I am. Is anyone else feeling this insecure?
