How far is too far??

I support breastfeeding. I support feeding your child in public as long as you dont just leave your boobies flapping in the wind. So many say "I'll feed my baby whenever and where ever I want!" Where are the lines drawn? Yesterday, on thr highway, my husband and i witnessed a woman breastfeeding in the front seat a very newborn looking baby. A male was driving, she was in front passenger seat with baby in her arms and the baby seat was in the back. We were in fairly heavy fast moving traffic. We were also on th loop just around our city so there were plenty of opportunities to pull off the road. So where are the lines? How far is too far with this whole breastfeeding thing? If that airbag had gone off that baby would have been dead for sure, hell, an accident period! Pure stupidity on the parents part in my opinion.
