Pumping at work...

FTM going back to work the end of October and already trying to plan ahead. How did you mom's pump at work, 2 or 3 times? Did you just keep in bottles or put in bags for storage? Did you nurse your LO before leaving in the morning or did they get a bottle? My LO is ebf and I have some built up for emergency but planned to pump for the next day bit didn't know if I should plan for 2 or 3 sessions and what to do in the mornings before daycare. Thanks!
