Overnights

My little man is 3 months old and has been sleeping through the night for a few weeks now. He is exclusively breastfed and usually goes to bed between 10-11pm. The past couple of mornings he has woken up with a dry diaper and then pees after his first morning feeding. He usually sleeps anywhere from 7-9 hours. He has several dirty diapers during the day and a wet diaper change every 2 hours if not more frequently. Any one else have a baby doing this?
