how long till the bleeding stops ?

I had my daughter 8 days ago. And I'm still bleeding pretty good. How long does it usually last ? And how long till my stitches heal?

I bled heavily for 4 weeks, then continued to bleed lightly until 6. Then I spotted for one more week. So mine stopped about 7 weeks post partum.
