Labor?

Ftm here. I am 39 weeks, 5 days. Lost my mucous plug 2 weeks ago and I was 2 cm at 70% effaced on Friday. I woke up and started feeling period like cramps that are somewhat regular but not super painful with some bloody show. Could I be in labor? Thanks!

Yes and I recommend laboring as long as you can at home since you'll be way more comfortable than in the hospital.  When they get closer like every 10 minutes I'd call the hospital and let them know you could be coming in soon.  They appreciate the heads up!

If they're 4-5mins apart and about 30-55seconds long. Yes. Use the contraction timer, they'll get stronger too.
