My prenatal yoga teacher shared this option with us. She's a doula and does encapsulation as well. I'm considering even though the thought of what it really is makes me cringe slightly, but haven't done my own research yet.

Nope. I'm not a bear. I don't need to eat a waste organ to ensure larger males don't sneak up on me in the night to eat my child.
