Just had my first sonogram and the tech couldn't find the heart beat. She said the baby was measuring 8 weeks when based off my last period I'm 9 weeks 1 day. She mentioned that I have a titled uterus. I have read that in cases of a tilted uterus that sometimes you can't hear the heartbeat until 12 weeks. Has anybody else gone through this? I am still having all the typical pregnancy symptoms: sore breasts, nausea, and fatigue. Fingers crossed that it is just a titled uterus and not a miscarriage
