How do you handle rejection? Humiliations, abuse

How do you live your life not being upset angry? To be honest half my life I have been miserable because of the action of someone else. Now I am upset because of my actions, sometimes because of my hurt, I treat people bad and I feel like I want to try to get better.

There's so much pain but allot of sin.

How do you not let your past define who you are
