are these symptoms?

I took plan b two days after sex, a week later I started bleeding a usual period for four days even though I already had a period that month. 2 days after bleeding has stopped I am still continuing to get stomach cramps... I have more symptoms though and I am scared! Stomach cramps, leg cramps, frequent urination and I have flu like symptoms. Part of me thinks I'm over overthinking?
