Cat Question 😽

So I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant and I found the sweetest little female kitten outside. No momma around and my husband has agreed to taking it in our home. I'm leaving it outside for tonight until I can get flee medicine and other necessities but I remember at my 12 week appointment they asked if we had a cat in the house and I said no. Is there a risk to me letting this kitten in? Any precautions I should take? Thanks in advance!
