Sleepless nights !!!

For the past week or so I haven't been able to sleep .. I put my daughter to bed and then I try to fall asleep as well but I can't fall asleep and I'm EXHAUSTED !!!!!! I'm tired !!!!! I just can't sleep and when I do finally fall asleep it's past 4 in the morning ... As of right now it's 4:17am and I'm writing this . I have no clue why all of a sudden I can't sleep but I'm really tired . I really don't want to take anything to help me sleep incase I don't wake up easily to my daughter because of it . Any suggestions ?? :(
