11dpo and I think I'm out! 😭

Well I think af is on her way, last night had mild cramping on my right side and this is the side I believe I ovulated from this month, only today I have some mild cramping on my left side nothing major doesn't hurt but It's telling me it's there, I had a few pulling and twinges on my right side at 7dpo and this is also when my temp took a dip then spiked again the next day. Took a hpt this morning (not fmu) but was a clear bfn. I don't have any of my usual pms symptoms yet that I normally do have at this stage but I just feel like I'm getting my hopes up for nothing. Also had a 0.13 dip in temp this morning too. Can u just tell when u know ur out?
