PCOS discharge and chances of concieving

Hey last month I had my period on 10 august   And then 7 September for 5 days and right now today is cd17 for me which is 28day cycle I have fibroids and PCOS I had lots of sex recently which is good lol but I want to know what it means when I have lots of watery discharge no smell, I just checked with my finger my vigina passage feels tight and there is something very soft and seems open  but too much watery discharge just started now 
Is this a sign of ovulation? 
With PCOS do people feel or know that they are ovulating? Do ovulation test strip work or should they buy digital like clearblue for ovulation? 
From next month I am going to start bbt charting is it when temperature high in morning before getting out of bed means ur about to ovulate? And how do I check my bbt ovulation what do I look for ?
