sinus infection 🙄
what can i take for it? and also what are some non medicinal ways to help get rid of this. i feel like a truck ran over my face, and all i've been doing for 2 days is sleeping it off but i want it gone. i'm miserable. it took me 45 min to go to sleep last night and i had to basically sleep sitting straight up because i couldn't breathe. help please :(
