Postpartum items to help with pain??

I'm only 12 weeks 3 days.. But I was wondering what you ladies would suggest for some postpartum items to help with feminine pain the day after baby comes (or whenever the pain meds wear off and I start having pains) and whatever you recommend, could you tell me where to find it? Like Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc.

I didn't need anything. I delivered yesterday at noon. 
Day 1 depends. 
Day 2 depends in AM/maxi pad for day and evening. I even went on a walk with my sister.

I take arnica tablets and had a med-free homebirth.

Nipple cream if you plan to breastfeed. 
Peri bottle if you have a vaginal birth. 
Boppy pillow if you have a cesarean. 
Colace because pooping after birth no matter if it's vaginal or cesarean will feel like Satan is preventing any evacuation of bowels with a fire poker. 
A tv caddy filled with shit so you don't have to get up. 
Ibuprofen and tylenol in one of those little Sunday through Saturday things because opening bottles sucks. 
Belly brace.

Pad with tucks and some dermaplast the dermaplast is the best it makes everything feel numb and allows faster healing in my opinion !!!!

A friend of mine highly recommended what she called padsicles. They're pads that you put aloe and a few other things on, then keep them in the freezer until you're ready to use them. The ones she recommended were on a blog called tall mom tiny baby. I plan to use them after I give birth. If you google the blog name and padsicles it should come up!

Tucks pads work great and they may give you some at the hospital.

What no one seems to mention is hemorrhoids after can be excruciating. Mine had thrombosed and my doctor refuse to lance them and I can tell you honestly the pain was worse than labor and was absolutely relentless. If this happens to you get a lidocaine based gel. I think it also helps to numb  the vaginal area/stitches the first few days after birth. I'm 3weeks postpartum and now the hemorrhoids have healed and the stitches are a lot better (still some stinging and itching) dermaplast has been awesome.

All in all its really not that bad. You will be so distracted with your baby and so sleep deprived you won't have much time to focus on your discomfort lol.
