Questioning My Sexuality

I've been thinking for awhile now that I might be bisexual. I haven't really dated that much but I am attracted to girls and guys. How do you know if you really are bisexual? Is is just a phase? Why do I feel this way all of a sudden? If I am bi wouldn't I have known all along? How do you come out? I'm just so confused and I could use some advice.
