Pregnant?? Yay or Nay

My period is now 7 days late. Me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex all the time. We have been together for almost a year. I get cramps like it's going to start but it never does. My stomach is getting tighter and I don't eat as much. My boyfriend said I have gained a couple pounds (in a nice loving boyfriend way lol)
