Ok so on thursday i had unprotected sex with this guy on tinder. We both had no condoms and i thought it would be okay bc i am on birth contol (nexplannon). He also finished inside me. On friday and today my vagina smells really really bad and its even starting to itch. Also today, i had unprotected sex with the same guy and once we were done there was blood all over the bed sheets. Can this be am std? Please help me
