Trying to conceive for 3 months now any tips??

We have been anxiously waiting for a positive sign on a test!!
It's seems like its just taking forever,  we have tried everything we can think of and done so much research. Does any one have any tips they recommend?
Its very stressful and emotional... Thanks in advance.

Good luck. It took almost 10 months to get pregnant and we got our positive the month we took off from trying. Everyone is different. When it's your time, it's your time 😊

3 months isn't long but if you are already stressed start using an ovulation kit. Try preseed. Most obs won't do any hormone tests un you've been actively trying for longer but uou could see if your doc can run tests to make sure your eggs and hormone levels are healthy. Usually they tell you it takes a year.

I am pregnant with my 3rd the only thing helped me was just having bd without tracking and test after af due. Good luck baby dust.
